A Patagonian winter expedition in Caviahue, the snow village, to experience the Wim Hof Method safely in a fully winter environment.
❄️ Caviahue, Argentine Patagonia
Caviahue is one of those places that shifts your rhythm the moment you arrive: pure air, silence, snow everywhere, and the volcanic energy of Copahue nearby.
It’s the perfect setting for a Wim Hof experience: real nature, authentic cold, and a tribe-like community. Here, winter is not just weather — it’s landscape, challenge, and transformation.

Fede Gerle — Coach specialized in breathwork and cold exposure. Certified Advanced Instructor of the Wim Hof Method® (Level 2) and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor.
I was the only instructor from Latin America selected to work alongside Wim Hof during the Winter Expedition in Sweden (December 2025), where I guided over 250 people from around the world through breathing practices and cold exposure in extreme conditions.
I have guided more than 500 people through their first ice immersion, creating safe, conscious, and transformative experiences. As part of my personal practice, I have completed ascents in extreme cold environments such as Lanín Volcano (Neuquén, Argentina) and Mount Sněžka (Poland), applying breathwork, cold exposure, and mental training.
I collaborate with professionals in yoga, meditation, and nature-based practices, integrating movement, breath, and presence to create deep and sustainable wellbeing experiences.
